實驗室簡介

Introduction

林能暉老師所領導的研究團隊「雲與氣膠實驗室」成立於1993年,主要探討亞洲大氣污染物(例如:酸雨、沙塵暴、生質燃燒、大氣汞)傳送過程之物理化學特徵,以及其對區域及台灣環境之影響。目前負責環保署全國酸雨監測網與桃園酸雨監測網,並在環保署及國科會卓越計畫補助下,建立雄視東南亞之鹿林山大氣背景站。本實驗室所探討之科學議題及操作之先進儀器深具前瞻性及挑戰性,積極推動參與國際大型實驗,不只深耕本地,更是接軌世界。我們結合觀測與模擬,建立一套完整的區域環境問題研究方案:

Cloud and Aerosol Laboratary is creatived since 1993, mainly study the physical and chemical characteristics of the transmission process of air pollutants in Asia (eg acid rain, sandstorm, biomass burning, Asian brown cloud) and its impact on the regional and environment of Taiwan.

區域大氣長傳程輸研究暨國際合作

7-SouthEast Asian Studies

本研究旨在探討亞洲地區大氣污染物長程輸送及評估其所可能導致之區域環境與氣候衝擊,並與美國太空總署、美國海軍實驗室與美國國務院東南亞辦事處共同發起「七海大氣科學研究計畫」,目的為研究生質燃燒氣膠的輻射效應對東南亞區域氣候及水循環之影響。

雲微物理與化學觀測系統

Cloud micro physical and chemical measuring system

結合了FSSP-100雲滴譜儀、粒子體積監測儀(PVM)、雲凝結核計數器(CCN counter)及雨滴譜儀等,並自行設計多款採樣設備,包括ASRC雲霧水採樣器、分階雲霧水採樣器等,於陽明山國家公園範圍之竹子山區(標高1103m),針對冬季層狀雲進行雲微物理與化學觀測研究。

To characterize the mountain cloud water chemistry measured at Mt. Bamboo in Taiwan, with respect to northeast monsoon flow and frontal system during the late winter and early spring (January-early March) since 1996. Cloud water chemistry measured at Mt. Bamboo can be associated with the long-range transport of regional pollutants.

雨水化學觀測網

Taiwan Acid Rain Chemical Analysis Network

以自行研發設計的自動式乾溼沉降酸雨採樣器,建立桃園縣5個酸雨採樣站,及環保署的支持下的全國14個酸雨測站。完整的酸雨資料庫,掌握台灣酸雨強度的時空分布及變化。

Our group designed and developed the Automatic deposition sampler, and establish 7 acid rain sampling stations in Taoyouan County by support by Taoyuan City Government, 14s in Taiwan by supoort Taiwan EPA. We establish the acid rain database to study the changes of acid rain intensity in temporal and spatial distribution in Taiwan.

雲霧水與雨水化學分析系統

Cloud and Rain water chemical analysis system

Cloud water after sampled, it will be refrigerated trasnport back our lab to analysis. Our anaylsis quilify has been tested by WMO test every year.

雲霧水與雨水樣本經由人工採樣後,封裝冷藏再送至本實驗室經由化學處理程序與離子層析儀進行分析,流程皆經過嚴格的品保品管,並利用 SISC-32層析數據分析系統與相關統計軟體對數據進行處理。

鹿林山大氣背景站

Lulin Atmospheric Background Station

於2006年4月13正式揭幕運作的鹿林山大氣背景站,未來將扮演長期區域大氣污染物監測之重要角色。整合降水化學、微量氣體、大氣氣膠、大氣汞、大氣輻射等主要領域,並積極參與國際合作,善盡我國國際環保責任。

The Lulin Atmospheric Background Station (LABS, 23.47°N 120.87°E, 2862 m ASL) in Central Taiwan was constructed in 2006 and is the only high-altitude background station in the western Pacific region for studying the influence of continental outflow.

大氣汞監測

Atmospheric Mercury

汞是全球性污染物,主要經由大氣長程傳輸到達全球各地,然後透過大氣乾、濕沈降回地表,進入水域生態系統,可被微生物轉化成高毒性的甲基汞,再經由食物鏈傳遞,在某些魚類體內累積至高濃度,然後經由攝食危害人體健康。要緩解此「全球汞污染」問題,必須經由國際合作,釐清大氣汞排放、長程傳輸、物理與化學轉化、沈降、排放源與受體關係等機制,據以評估「水俣汞公約」實行成效,動態調整策略,進而保護人體健康和環境免受汞及其化合物的危害

Mercury(Hg) is a toxic element with persistent and bioaccumulative nature in the environment. Methylmercury is the most toxic species of Hg, which can cause long-term development delays in children with consumption of marine fish. For many aquatic systems in remote areas, the main source of inorganic Hg is from the atmosphere. Our data will later be used to and to evaluate the contribution of regional/long-range transport.
